The Board of Behavioral Sciences receives and responds to complaints regarding services provided within the scope of practice of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, and Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselors licensed in California. Texas-based clients may contact the Council at https://bhec.texas.gov/contact-us/, and you may file a consumer complaint with the Office of the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection at https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection.
