Oftentimes we carry more than just the pressures of our careers or relationships. Beneath the anxiety & overthinking, there’s often an old story such as childhood emotional neglect, relational trauma, or the feeling of always having to be “the one in control.” These old beliefs and narratives can shape how we show up in the world, oftentimes creating a sense of unrealistic pressure we place on ourselves.
Many of our clients are overachievers, driven, and feel compelled to keep it “all together” on the outside, but struggle internally.
We specialize in supporting individuals & couples across Texas & California heal not only the symptoms, but the deeper patterns and past experiences that shaped them.
We believe healing happens when you can safely look beneath the surface. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational therapy and we use curiosity to explore with the client, viewing our clients holistically in mind, body, spirit & culture.
Whether your struggles started in childhood or were shaped by specific life events, we’re here to help you process and heal at the root, not just manage your symptoms.
Realign with your authentic self at Aligned Therapy Collective—we look forward to meeting you!

Realignment Starts Here
I believe my clients are the experts in their own lives. My goal is to collaborate with you on your goals without labeling or pathologizing. I consider the whole person: mind, body, spirit, culture. My aim is for therapy to be a nonjudgemental, relational space, so I bring myself into the room, when helpful. My clients describe me as authentic, empathetic, affirmative, and creative. I use humor (when appropriate) and provide a direct, yet relational and nonjudgemental approach.
What Are You Really Like As a Therapist?
In my late 20s, my own anxiety could no longer be ignored. I started working with a supportive therapist who helped me gain tools to experience greater ease in my life. I aligned with my values and authenticity to find more life purpose. This experience truly changed my life and confirmed that becoming a therapist was the right career path for me. My passion stems from helping clients reach a place where they feel truly heard, valued, & important so they can find more balance and meaning in their lives and reclaim their authenticity.
Why Therapy?
My long-term goal is to build out a like-minded team of licensed supervisors, clinicians (LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs), associates, and clinical intake specialists to expand our reach and help more clients align with their authenticity and discover their true life purpose. Eventually, the goal would be to add somatic experiences such as yoga/movement, meditation, retreats, and more to the therapeutic offering.
Why “Collective”?
I integrate evidence-based modalities. My approach is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems-informed therapy (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, & Multicultural Counseling.
I’ve also received certified training in Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma & anxiety.
I’m passionate about helping you align with your authentic self & explore what brings your life meaning.
I plan to pursue advanced training in:
Internal Family Systems - Level 1 (Fall - 2025)
